Stephanie is an experienced certified yoga instructor. She draws on her extensive experience in yoga to provide personalized learning for her students. She cues by reading bodies, and structures her sequences using a holistic approach, allowing the physical and energetic bodies to work as one unit. 

Kelly Gerrish


Kelly Gerrish is a certified yoga instructor that flows her classes with fun and spontaneity. Her huge smile and amazing energy fill the studio as she teaches her vinyasa classes.  She's a hidden gem and Park Potomac Yoga is thrilled to have her as part of our talented team of teachers! She will be our main sub so watch for her on the schedule so you don't miss her!

Scott Taylor


Scott Taylor is a certified 200 hour instructor. His energetic vinyasa flow classes will access your mind, body, and spirit. He plays amazing music in his classes to keep you flowing, most of which he produces himself! He is a unique teacher, Reiki healer, singer/songwriter, and a new Dad! His sequencing is challenging and unique (if you love handstand prep, give his class a try).

Meg Goodwin


Meg, a Registered Dietician and Nurse,  had been teaching fitness classes for 20 years when she discovered yoga. She is a certified 200 hour teacher who specializes in Hatha yoga. Meg's goal is for her students to make a mind-body connection on and off the mat. She enjoys the physical discipline as a means to bring peace, well-being, and meaningfulness to her  (and your) daily life..  

Becca Thomas


Becca is a certified yoga instructor (RYT- 200, Rocket 100) who fell in love with yoga in 2014. She has a down to earth, compassionate, and friendly teaching style. Students can expect thoughtfully sequenced flows drawn from her own practice and study of Rocket vinyasa yoga and Ashtanga. And you will all  love her big smile!  


Michelle Foringer


Michelle is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200) with a background in Barre and group fitness classes. She teaches dynamic flow sequences that guide students to connect with their breath and find their edge. She often creates a fusion of yoga, Pilates, and Barre for unique strengthening opportunities. We are thrilled to have her kind spirit and delightful presence at Park Potomac Yoga.
