Park Potomac Yoga offers Easy, Mixed Level, and Intermediate/Advanced yoga classes. But we don't stop there! Cardio and Chisel classes round out your fitness routine and strengthen your yoga practice! We also add in a special class every month, from YIN to arm balances, and everything in between.
The safest way to learn yoga is to take private sessions before group classes. Park Potomac Yoga offers private and semi-private sessions and will work with your schedule. When you are safely prepared you will enjoy our group yoga classes thoroughly!
